Congratulations to the Integrated Arts Academy in Burlington, recipient of our first Community Immigration History Grants. IAA will undertake an artist residency and the creation of a mural which integrates the people, plants, and animals of Vermont alongside those that represent the diverse roots of community members in Burlington's Old North End, a neighborhood with a long history as a space for Vermont immigrants to create community.
